Planning document for (non)ramble book 026

Premise: This story follows a teen named [TBD], who *was* a normal highschool freshman *before* he was recruited by a top-secret government agency called [TBD], This organization contains what are basically demons--beasts that posses humans, and rarely are capable of becoming or even possessing humans. He is tasked with helping to hunt down these beasts after his parents are killed by the beast. As a potential story point he may also have a younger sister who he tries to keep safe. This would keep the story very tense and fast paced, hopefully with some slower transitional/romance moments.

General plot points:
 - He watches the news one morning to see a chain of so far yet unexplained incidents
 - Something strange happens and *something* bursts through a wall or some other dramatic event, where henceforth his parents are killed
 - develops some sort of power against demons ultimately destroying the strong demon, protecting his sister, but also severely scaring her, and struggles with her trust in him, Make sure to make it a *very* near death experience before powers are activated/save him and his sister
 - This event catches the attention of [TBD]; a Government agency. Who then captures him and brings him to some sort of base
 - Learns with potential basic training at government base, make sure to add struggle/hesitation and not move the story along too fast
 - plot development further with trust struggles (Potential romance with a agent of the government organization? or uncovering of Demon ancestry?)
 - Some sort of plot twist to keep the reader on their feet (Maybe the agency is morally gray, or even dark)
 - Due to the plot twist I could potentially add struggles with the romance, and demon ancestery
 - Leave story on cliffhanger or continue in later addition, but leave some conflict unresolved
